- Clinic Psychologist
Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our dynamic behavioral health team with openings throughout Springfield, MO, Neosho, MO, and Northwest Arkansas. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a full outpatient caseload from day one and work alongside a multidisciplinary team committed to high-quality, collaborative care.
You will work closely with a board-certified Psychiatrist, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs), and a diverse group of Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to provide comprehensive mental health services in a supportive and well-resourced environment.
Ozarks Community Hospital is a safety-net healthcare provider headquartered in Gravette, Arkansas, serving both urban and rural communities throughout the Ozarks. Our facilities include a hospital located in Gravette, Arkansas and a number of satellite clinics located in Southwest Missouri and Northwest Arkansas.
Ozarks Community Hospital offers the best of both worlds:
- Though we are a multi-campus health system with more than 80 employed providers, our focus on primary care makes it seem more like a large group practice. OCH is the antithesis of a specialty-care focused medical tower.
- Physicians have the freedom of an independent practice without the hassle of overhead and staff management.
What We Offer:
- A full practice from the start – no need to build your caseload
- Collaborative, team-based approach to care
- Competitive compensation
- Relocation assistance to help ease your transition
- Opportunities for professional growth and development
- Supportive administrative and clinical infrastructure

- Doctorate (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology
- Licensed or license-eligible as a Clinical Psychologist in state of practice.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
- Experience in outpatient mental health settings is preferred
